Subject: Incredible!
One of, if not, the best Umph' show in the archive.
If I were to describe the style I'd say; Jazz Fusion, Heavy Metal, Funk, Surf, Reggae, Rock - Jam Music.
I really like when a band does cover tunes and "I Ran" and "BYRM" are superb.
Exelnt sound!
A Must Download

Subject: Best of the 3 Night Run
I was at all three of the GAMH shows, and despite some signifant technical difficulties this show was my personal favorite. The first set flowed like honey - kind of sweet and slow-flowing and tasty. The second set was less consistent IMHO, however "2x2" felt as good as falling in love (despite the problems with Brendan's guitar) and the jam into "Baby, You're a Rich Man" kept the buzz rolling. The audience sing-along of "Break out the booty wax, it's Friday night!" in the encore was pure fun. Overall, this is not a perfect show, but it has a nice arc. It was nice gathering of NorCal Umphreaks, and I had myself a sweet little evening.
